Hannibal, Mo. – The Hannibal-LaGrange University Athletic Department would like to celebrate the accomplishments of all the Trojans who combined for a cumulative GPA of 3.12 for the 2016-17 school year.  In total, 11 of the 16 teams finished with a GPA above a 3.0 which is one better than last school year.  The Women's Volleyball Team finished with the highest mark of all athletic teams (3.57).  The ladies also boasted the most improvement from last year increasing their team GPA by 0.30 points.

During the 16-17 school year the Trojans also saw 27 NAIA-Daktronics Scholar Athlete Awards given out to the athletes.  To earn this honor you must have a GPA above a 3.5 and be in good academic standing as a junior or senior.

Additionally, the athletes that were awarded Academic All-Conference from the AMC totaled 110.  This award can be received by an athlete that has completed one semester of college and has above a 3.0 average.
