HANNIBAL, Mo. – The Hannibal-LaGrange men's and women's basketball teams have teamed up with the Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation to help raise support for the Life. Light. Hope Fund. The fund is set up to offer patient assistance to community members fighting cancer at the James E. Cary Cancer Center.
Both teams will be selling pink Hoops for Hope t-shirts as well as Power of Pink bracelets this month. T-shirts are available in sizes small through triple extra-large and can be purchased from men's and women's basketball players until Jan. 31. The teams will also host Williams Baptist College in its Hoops for Hope Challenge on Feb. 14. Tipoff for the women's game is set for 5:30 p.m. inside the Mabee Sports Complex with the men's game to follow.
